We acknowledge the traditional peoples of the land on which we stand as we worship here today. We pay respects to them for their care of the land.
On Sunday, September 26 our supply priest will be Laura Adelia.
It is with great sadness that we share the news of Don Lucas’ death. Don generously contributed many beautiful additions to our church through his woodworking skills. Among those are the table in the narthex, the name tag stand and the large wooden cross in the Parish Hall. The family is planning a Celebration of Life at Noon Saturday, October 30 in the ballroom of Leisure World.
Vestry person of the month is Jo Laslo. You may reach her at 818-825-3007.
The Episcopal Journal is currently updating their mailing list. If you do not receive this publication and would like to or if there are changes in your information, please contact the church office with updates.
People are required to wear a mask if they have not been vaccinated. To protect yourself and to protect others, masks may be worn at any time, though not required for people who have been vaccinated. Please be considerate of others who have health concerns so we can all continue to worship together.
Food will be provided in the Parish Hall following both services. We would appreciate volunteers to provide food and help set up prior to the 8:00 and clean up after the 10:00. Please add your name to the sign-up sheet if interested. Thank you.
We are currently doing an audit of all church keys. If you have any church keys, please bring them to the office or to Linda so they can be registered, or returned if you no longer need it. Thanks for your help with this procedure.
Suggested donations for the Food Bank are canned meat or peanut butter
Compline and morning prayer will be offered during the week through ZOOM.
