Join us for coffee hour after both services.


The first Sunday of each month is Family Sunday. Children are invited to serve as acolytes, chalice bearers, ushers, readers and gift bearers.


Today at 9:15 a.m. is Adult Education. We are continuing our discussion of presiding Bishop Michael Curry’s encouragement to follow “The Way of Love”.


Altar Flowers are given by Heidi Kinney in celebration of her wedding anniversary.


The Volunteer Picnic last Saturday was a delicious success! Many thanks to Gordon Noyes, Catherine Walicki, Ruby Seyffert, Dea Podhajsky, Eileen Chandler, Heidi Kinney, Barbara Turner and Pam Mack for their work and contributions.


Capital Campaign! We have not officially kicked off our Capital Campaign and yet many generous people have already made a contribution. We have received $2,588.00 so far. With matching funds we now have $5,176.00. We have used $650.00 to add cement to the Parish House sidewalk. We have entered into a contract to replace the kitchen floor that is scheduled for June 2 and 3. Thanks to everyone for what you have done so far! Please help us continue our projects.


Cursillo Weekend will be Thursday, September 5 through Sunday, September 8. Please see Fr. Bob if you are interested in attending this Christian renewal weekend.


The Prayer Card Ministry is in need of new greeting cards. If you have extra cards and would like to contribute, please contact Nancy Robinson or leave them in the Parish Hall. We appreciate your continuing support.


Food Bank suggestions for next week: canned meat or peanut butter.


If you know of anyone who is in need of a prayer shawl please contact Joan Crossman, Linda Jo Johnson, Jan Saik or the office.


Bishop Reddall has invited us to assist with new church development by supporting the Alleluia Fund which we will collect today.


Registration for Summer Family Camp at Chapel Rock is now open and includes grandparents, aunts and uncles. For more info see the flyer on narthex bulletin board and handouts on the table.


In support of Brinton Elementary School, ECW has learned there is a need for elastic waist shorts sizes 5-12 as well as underwear sizes 5-8 for boys and girls

Upcoming Events


Monday, May 6 is Farm Workers and Project Ministry breakfast at 8:00 a.m. in the Parish Hall.

Tuesday, May 7 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. is a meeting of Al-Anon in the Parish Hall. Parishioners are welcome to attend.


Tuesday, May 7 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall will be our second workshop arising from the Diocesan program: “Spirituality for the Second Half of Life”.    Please contact Lynn Graff or Susan Smith-Allen for more information.


Wednesday, May 8 in the Parish House at 9:30 a.m. is Holy Eucharist; at 10:00 a.m. is Bible Study.


Friday, May 17 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall will be our first Friday Game Night. Please bring your favorite game to share!


Saturday, May 18 at 5:30 p.m. will be a Newcomers Dinner in the Parish Hall. If you have not attended a dinner, please contact Jan Saik or Miriam Waddington. A sign-up sheet is in the narthex.


Sunday, May 19 we will celebrate May birthdays. A sign-up sheet is in the narthex where you may add your birthday if it is not listed.


We welcome families and children at all of our services.


While in church, please be mindful of the sacredness of time and place.  Silence any personal communications devices.  We hope that you will warmly greet others while respecting those who wish to pray in the church.
